Area 8–That part of Québec whose perimeter is as follows:
Starting from the meeting point of the Canada–United States border and the eastern limit of the right of way of Highway 235; thence, northerly, following that eastern limit to the southern limit of the right of way of Highway 10; thence, easterly, following that southern limit to the eastern limit of the right of way of Highway 139; thence, in a general northeasterly direction, following that eastern limit to the northeastern limit of the right of way of Highway 55; thence, northwesterly, following that northeastern limit to the southeastern limit of the right of way of Highway 20; thence, southwesterly, following that southeastern limit to the northeastern limit of the right of way of Highway 122; thence, northwesterly, following that northeastern limit to the northern limit of the right of way of Highway 132; thence, in a general northwesterly direction, following this northern limit to the eastern limit of the right of way of Elizabeth Street; thence, northerly, following that eastern limit to the wharf of the ferry Sorel-Alençon; thence, northerly, following that ferry line from Sorel to the meeting point of the wharf of the ferry at Alençon and of the northern limit of the right of way of Highway 158; thence, in a general southwesterly direction, following that northern limit to the northern limit of the right of way of Highway 148; thence, westerly, following that northern limit to the western limit of the right of way of Highway 344; thence, southerly, following that western limit to the upstream side of the Grenville-Hawkesbury bridge; thence, southerly, following the upstream side of that bridge to the Québec–Ontario border; thence, in general easterly, southerly and westerly directions, following that border to the Canada–United States border; thence, easterly, following that border to the starting point.
